Research

Hydrogeological study of springs

The project's goal is to map the recharge areas of six springs in Nepal using hydrogeological techniques, following the methodology outlined in the Protocol for Reviving Springs in the HKH. This consultancy includes field visits to Dhankuta and Kavre districts for hydrogeological mapping of selected springs. Utilizing field data, the consultant will generate 3D hydrogeological maps using Google Earth and COREL Draw software to outline recharge areas.
